There are applications for either Adult or College Volunteers. These are Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf). If you don't have the Acrobat Reader, you can download a free copy HERE.

You will also be asked to read and sign the Criminal Background Check Policy and submit your completed application with this document and a $5 fee to our office. Once we receive your application and process it, you will receive a call from the Volunteer Services office.
