Volunteer today! Volunteering at Seton is fun and rewarding, with a wide range of areas to explore. Expand your horizons and take advantage of the opportunities for helping those around you. We work with you to find an area that fits your interests and your schedule: the gift shop, driving around Seton's parking lots with the Volunteers golf cart to assist patients to and from their cars - there's something for everyone!

Perhaps you prefer helping physicians or other staff members with office work, or working at the information desk answering phones. After a few shifts getting acquainted with your fellow volunteers and other Seton staff members, you'll feel right at home, like family.

Baby Blankets
At Seton Northwest, every newborn leaves the hospital with a baby blanket made by loving hands of a volunteer.

Great Habits Gift Shop and Little Miracles Baby Boutique
The Volunteers funded the remodeling of the gift shop. Great Habits gift shop opened in November, 1999. If you're a "people" person and enjoy dealing with the public, the Great Habits Gift Shop is the place for you! Located on the first floor in the Health Plaza, Great Habits features a wide variety of gift items, toys, flowers, live plants, cards, balloons and jewelry. Great Habits, open 7 days a week, is almost entirely staffed by volunteers. It represents the largest volunteer project at Seton Northwest, providing a large financial contribution to the hospital each year. Special shopping discounts are available for volunteers.

Little Miracles Baby Boutique is our newest shop and has unique gifts for the new baby and family.

In 1999, the Volunteers realized that the parking lot was getting busier and fuller, meaning that patients had to park in the distant parts of the lot. So, we purchased a golf cart to transport our patients to and from their cars. Next time you come to Seton Northwest, look for our volunteer-driven golf cart!
